Samosa Recipe


Shell
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
4 Tbsp butter

Combine flour with butter. Add enough water (about 1/4 cup) to make a rollable dough. Divide into 6 balls. Roll each ball into a 5 inch diameter circle. Cut into semi-circles. Form a cone, fill with filling, pinch closed, and press the edges closed with a fork. Fry in oil until golden brown.

Makes 12 samosas.
