Fermented Uji Recipe

A nice hot cereal for breakfast.

1/4 cup millet flour
3/4 cups corn flour
3 cups water

Put flours and water in a plastic container. Cover the container and leave it for 2 to 4 days to sour. Pour the water only into a pot and boil it. Then add the flour and stir it constantly for 5 to 10 minutes. Add sugar to taste.

You can use any combination of sourgum, millet, or corn flour for the flours.
