Green Gram Curry Recipe

Also known as Moong (Mung) Bean Curry.

1 cup green grams, soaked overnight & simmered for 1/2 hour
3 potatoes, sliced
4 tomatoes, chopped
large onion, chopped
any vegetables can be added
2 tsp curry powder
pinch garlic powder
salt

Add vegetables to the green grams and continue to simmer until everything is cooked. Add the spices a few minutes before the mixture is finished. Serve over rice.

Makes 2 servings.
